The restaurants, Rooms and hospitality were faultless. We were treated like royalty. Everyday they would leave a small gift in our room.

Exceptional place , i was really impressed by the quality and service that they had in this hotel , i was welcomed from my car door and guided until my room , had all my check in done while i was enjoying the complimentary drinks in the lobby and enjoying the view from there , approximately took me 3 minutes in the lobby and went to the room , the surprise was the room itself how amazing it was , the bed was facing the floor to ceiling glass with an amazing view of dubai , special thanks to JUAN who showed us the room and explained for us all the modern options in the room, the toilet was something we never saw in dubai which had a heated seats all the time , for the value of what we paid we got alot of great hospitality , we had 2 chocolate cakes and a big fruit plate as a welcoming gift once we checked in , we never saw any product that is available in any room in dubai , the toothbrush kit , shampoo and soap and shower gel was all from top quality and high end products, the wardrobe was fully equipped with everything we could use, the robes were 2 different sets , one was for the shower and one was for the spa , the slippers were available for all sizes , not cotton but real slippers like crocks , they had a special tote bags for shoes , another big one for the swimming pool personal stuff, beach hat , sun hat , this place wont give you a chance to ask for anything extra . Everything was there Ive been in almost every swimming pool in dubai , nothing is close to this one , the view and the vibes are more than amazing, the moment i got out of the lift i was greeted with a huge smile and the hostess was so nice and welcoming, the people in the pool were very friendly and guided me to my sun bed and prepared it for me with everything, 2 big towels and 2 cold evian sparkling water and an ice cold evian face spray (ALL FOR FREE) This place is nothing to be compared with, a benchmark for all hotels , for sure i will stay longer next time

I had an absolutely perfect stay at One and Only Zabeel! Having lived in Dubai for over 10 years and experienced the finest hotels like Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental, I can confidently say that this was a truly unique and exceptional experience. The attention to detail at One and Only is unparalleled – they anticipate and cater to every need seamlessly. The rooms are perfectly designed, and the array of Michelin-starred restaurants is a culinary delight. I can't wait to return very soon!

An incredible experience from start to finish! From the warm welcome on the first floor to the seamless reception and check-out process, everything was exceptional. The room was stunning—modern, spacious, and offering breathtaking views. The kids’ club was fantastic, with a team of amazing staff who kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and attentive, making our visit even more memorable. Thank you, One&Only One Za’abeel, for an unforgettable stay!
